We are happy to share the release notes for the ScaleArc 2019.2

Summary

The ScaleArc 2019.2 release is primarily a maintenance release, focusing on bug fixes and general improvements to enhance overall functionality.

Platform Support

The following platforms are supported in this release:

  • Operating Systems: CentOS 6.10, CentOS 7.5, RHEL 7.5
  • MySQL Versions: MySQL 5.5, 5.6, 5.7; Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.6.20; Galera 3.23 (Maria DB 10.3); MariaDB 10.3; Amazon Aurora DB
  • MS SQL Server: SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008/R2, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017 (limited support); Azure SQLDB

Bug Fixes

Several issues have been addressed, including:

  • Fixed an issue where ScaleArc didn’t function properly with Case Sensitive Collations (identified as SCALEARC-7780).
  • Resolved additional internal defects to improve performance and reliability.

Support Discontinuance

As of June 30, 2019, support for ScaleArc versions older than 3.10 will be discontinued. Users must upgrade to version 3.10 or newer to continue receiving support and bug fixes.
