KB 2596 - Configuration Error

User will get the following error message while trying to create/modify a hostname containing invalid values.

For example:

ScaleArc follows these guidelines for assigning hostnames:

• Upto 15 characters
• Special characters such as period ( . ) and underscore ( _ ) are not allowed

Try creating a hostname once more following the above guidelines. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
