KB 2564 - Failed to join the domain. Clock skew is too great

ISSUE

User is trying to join the domain and gets the following error message.

Error ID 2564: Failed to join the domain. Clock skew is too great. 

 

SOLUTION

Please sync the ScaleArc appliance with the AD server you wish to join. Then try joining the Active Directory. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com
