ISSUE |
User gets the below error message while trying to enable Kerberos authentication for a cluster that has DB servers added with IP address.
Error ID 2563: Failed to update Kerberos authentication for cluster. Database server added in cluster should be FQDN. |
SOLUTION |
On Kerberos authentication enabled cluster add the DB server with FQDN and not IP address. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
