ISSUE |
User gets the below error message while trying to add DB server with IP address on Kerberos authentication enabled cluster.
Error ID 2562: Failed to update Kerberos authentication for cluster. Database server added in cluster should be FQDN. |
SOLUTION |
On an Kerberos authentication enabled cluster, add the DB server FQDN and not IP address. Try the operation once more, if the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com,
