KB 2525 - Server Recovery Error

ISSUE

User receives the following error message while trying to initiate failover recovery.

Error ID 2525: Failed to initiate manual failover recovery. Another failover recovery is already in progress. 

 

SOLUTION

This issue can occur when a user is trying to initiate a server recovery when another recovery is already in progress. Please wait for the recovery process that is in progress to finish before initiating another recovery.
