ISSUE |
User gets the following error message while trying to configure auto failover in ScaleArc.
Error ID 2501: ScaleArc does not support server version older than 5.1 for auto failover. Current server version no is 5.0.95-log for server 10.0.100.17. |
SOLUTION |
In order to perform Auto Failover operations in ScaleArc the server version must be higher than 5.1.
Please confirm the server version prior to performing Auto Failover in ScaleArc.
