KB 2504 - Failed to update Prepare-Exec Handling status. Please turn OFF the Auto Failover, Read/Write split and Caching first

User gets the following error message while trying to configure the prep-exec handling status setting in ScaleArc.

In order to update prepare-exec handling status, auto failover, read/write split, and query caching must be turned OFF. Navigate to the cluster settings page to turn these settings OFF before updating the prepare-exec handling status.
