KB 2473 - There should be at least one server to be able to connect in the cluster. Please check the server configuration

User gets the following error message while trying to start a cluster that is unable to connect to any of the configured database servers.

This error appears when the user is trying to connect to a database server after starting a cluster that was previously in 'stopped' mode. Please check the configuration of the server, such as the database login credentials and database port and try connection again. Also, check to see if the database server is running.
