KB 2460 - Unstick after X reads value should be greater than 0 and less than 100

User is trying to enter a value outside of the acceptable range gets the following error:

The Stick Connection for Read Queries value should be greater than or equal to 0 and less than 100. Please enter an acceptable value and try the operation again.
