User gets the following error message while trying to configure the Query Level Sticky Query setting in ScaleArc.
Error ID 2458: Unable to find unstick after 5 reads in configuration. |
SOLUTION |
This is an internal error and implies that the ScaleArc configuration is out of sync with the UI. Please refresh the UI page and try the operation again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
