ISSUE

User is trying to upgrade ScaleArc software version and gets the following error:

Error ID 2457: Please specify the md5 checksum value. 

 

SOLUTION

The md5 checksum verification is required for ScaleArc upgrades. Please provide the md5 checksum value given to you by ScaleArc to continue with the upgrade process.
