KB 2379 - SSL certificates cannot be uploaded without stopping the cluster

User gets the following error message while trying to update the cluster settings in configuration.

Error ID 2379: SSL certificates cannot be uploaded without stopping the cluster

This error appears when the user is trying to upload SSL certificates on a cluster that is active. Please stop the cluster before changing the SSL settings. You can stop the cluster by going to the ScaleArc Control Panel, under the Status column of a cluster, click on STOP.
