KB 2442 - Temporary SSL Certificates

ISSUE

User gets one of the following error messages while trying to update routing setting.

Error ID 2441: Unable to find temporary SSL certificates. 

Error ID 2442: Unable to delete temporary SSL certificates. Please check the permissions.
