ISSUE

User gets the following message while trying to update the system settings in configuration.

Error ID 2135: Alert setting deleted successfully

 

SOLUTION

This error implies that iDB was not able to send the email alert successfully. This error can happen when the SMTP server configured on iDB is incorrect or unreachable. Please check your SMTP server settings and retry the operation again.
