KB 2309 - Unable to get events list from configuration

ISSUE

User gets the following error while trying to update the surge queue timeout cluster for the following reasons:

For example:

Error ID 2309: Unable to get events list from configuration.

 

SOLUTION

This issue happens when the ScaleArc configuration database is locked. Go to the Setting>System Settings>System Config then select the Reset Configuration Lock button. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
