KB 2015 - Cluster Configuration Error

ISSUE

User gets the following error message while trying to delete a cluster.

Error ID 2015: This cluster cannot be deleted until it is properly stopped.

SOLUTION

This error appears when the user is trying to delete a cluster that is active. Please stop the cluster before attempting to delete it. You can stop the cluster by going to the ScaleArc Control Panel, under the Status column of a cluster, click on STOP.
