KB 2371 - iDB Login Error

ISSUE

User gets the following error message while trying to log into iDB appliance:

Error ID 2371: You have exceeded maximum log in attempts, please try again after 10 min.

 

SOLUTION

We limit the number of unsuccessful sign-in attempts that can occur to protect the security of your account. If you receive this message, you will need to wait for 10 minutes, confirm the user name and password and try again. If you need assistance please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com and ask for a password reset.
