User receives the following error message while creating a cluster.
Error ID 2350: Unable to fetch database server information. Please check username and password. |
SOLUTION |
This error appears when the user is trying to log into ScaleArc appliance with an incorrect user name or password. To fix this:
- verify that caps lock is off
- carefully re-type your credentials
- click the log in button
