KB 2342 - HA Settings Error

ISSUE

User gets the following error message while trying setup High Availability

Error ID 2342: License on both machines are different

 

SOLUTION

iDB license version must be the same in order to setup High Availability. Please go to Settings, License Settings, and click on Upload License to install an iDB license.
