KB 2305 - System Settings Error

ISSUE

User is trying to start the analytics process and gets the following error message.

Error ID 2305: Failed to start analytics

 

 

SOLUTION

This is an internal error and implies that the system settings page is out of sync with the UI. Please refresh the UI page and try the operation again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
