ISSUE |
User gets the following error message while trying to configure High Availability in iDB.
Error ID 2301: Please start the iDB load balancer service on iDB30, and then try to configure HA. |
SOLUTION |
Load balancer process must be turned ON to configure High Availability in iDB. Please navigate to the System Settings page and click on Start Load Balancer Process, and then try to configure HA.
