KB 2293 - Cluster Settings Error

User is trying to update auto fetch user interval for a cluster and gets the following error message.

This is an internal error and implies that the auto fetch database users page is out of sync with the UI. Please refresh the UI page and try updating the auto fetch user interval once more. This can also occur if it's a sqlite database lock issue. You can refer to kb2002 for more information on database lock issue.
