ISSUE |
User is trying to change auto fetch database users status and gets the following error message.
Error ID 2289: Failed to update cluster auto fetch database users status. |
SOLUTION |
This is an internal error and implies that the auto fetch database users page is out of sync with the UI. Please refresh the UI page and try updating the status once more. This can also occur if it's a sqlite database lock issue. You can refer to kb2002 for more information on database lock issue.
