KB 2276 - User Management Error

ISSUE

The following error message appears while adding permissions for a user.


Error ID 2276: Failed to add permissions for the user.

 

 

SOLUTION

This is an internal error and implies that the user management page is out of sync with the UI. Please refresh the UI page and try adding user permissions once more. This can also occur if it's a sqlite database lock issue. You can refer to kb2002 for more information on the database lock issue.
