ISSUE |
User is trying to change the outbound IP of a cluster and gets the following error message.
Error ID 2265: Unable to find an interface associated with specified outbound IP. |
SOLUTION |
When a network interface is marked "down" iDB system will not attempt to transmit messages through that network interface. Subsequently, iDB will return the above error message. Please reset the connection and try the operation once more. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
