KB 2194 - Cluster Settings Error

User gets the error message below while trying to initiate manual failover of active Read-Write server to the standby server.

This error appears when a user is trying to initiate manual failover of active Read-Write server to the standby server while the cluster has been stopped. Please start the cluster and try the operation once more. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
