ISSUE |
User is trying to configure High Availability settings and gets the following error message.
Error ID 2176: Unable to sync NTP server name with secondary machine iDBHA1 |
SOLUTION |
Typically this message is due to a failure to resolve the NTP server name provided in the System Configuration. Please verify DNS resolution of the NTP server name configured on ScaleArc via the SSH command line.
