KB 2167 - Cluster Settings Error

ISSUE

User gets the following error message while trying to change the inbound port of a cluster.

Error ID 2167: Failed to change the inbound port. Please stop the cluster and try again.

 

SOLUTION

This error appears when the user is trying to change the inbound port of a cluster that is active. Please stop the cluster before attempting to change the inbound port setting. You can stop the cluster by going to the iDB Control Panel, under the Status column of a cluster, click on STOP.
