KB 2161 - Unable to delete cache

ISSUE

User is trying to delete cache and gets the following error message.

Error ID 2161: Unable to delete cache

 

SOLUTION

This is an internal error occurring during the cache deletion process. Please refresh the UI page and try the operation again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
