ISSUE

User gets the following error message while trying to delete cache from the cache manager .

Error ID 2160: Start the cluster to delete cache

 

SOLUTION

This error appears when the user is trying to delete cache from the cache manager of a cluster that has been stopped. Start the cluster before deleting cache from the cache manager. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com
