KB 2138 - Email id <user>@<domain> is not a valid email address

User is trying to send a test email alert and gets the following error message.

This error appears when the user is trying to send a test email alert for a cluster to an invalid email address.  Please go back and check the email address once more. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
