KB 2114 - File '/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0' does not exist

User gets the following error message while modifying the IP address.

Error ID 2114: File <name> does not exist

This is an internal error and implies that the network settings are out of sync with the UI. Please try configuring the network settings once more.
