User is trying to configure the network settings used to manage the ScaleArc appliance during installation and gets the following error message.
Error ID 2044: Unable to find hostname |
SOLUTION |
This is an internal error and implies that network settings configuration during installation is out of sync with the UI. Please refresh the UI page and try configuring the network settings once again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
