Environment ScaleArc 3.0 All Platforms

ISSUE

User is trying to update the IP address and gets the following error message.

Error ID 2030: Failed to update IP. Interface eth0 is assigned to a cluster. Please delete/modify the cluster and try again.

SOLUTION

This error appears because the IP address is already in use by a cluster. Please navigate to the network settings page and update the IP address using an interface that is not being used by another cluster. Alternatively, you can delete or modify the cluster that is using the interface and try the operation once more.
