KB 2029 - Network Settings Error

ISSUE

User is trying configure IP address from the Network Settings page and gets the following error message.

Error ID 2029: Failed to create IP. Interface eth0 is not connected.

 

SOLUTION

This error appears when the interface on which the user is trying to create the IP address is down or not connected. Please contact your system/network administrator to log into the ScaleArc console and check the status of the network interfaces. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com
