User gets the following error message while trying to update the cluster settings in configuration.

Error ID 2393: Turning OFF RTO on the server will disable all route rules that were destined to this server. 
This server will also start to take traffic from all clients. Do you want to continue? 
To apply settings please send parameter "force_apply":"1" in same curl call.
