ISSUE

User is trying to configure HA and gets the following error message.

Error ID 2325: No virtual IP present on both machines. For HA to work at least one virtual IP should be present.

SOLUTION

While configuring High Availability on iDB, at least one machine (either the primary or secondary) must have a virtual IP configured. Please navigate to the Network Settings page in iDB to configure virtual IP.
