KB 2267 - Cluster Settings Error

ISSUE

User gets the following error message while trying to delete a user from Authentication Offload screen.

Error ID 2267: Failed to delete user. Data not found for deletion.

 

 

SOLUTION

This is an internal error and implies that the Authentication Offload page is out of sync with the UI. Please refresh the UI page and try the operation again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com
