User is trying to send a test email alert for a particular cluster and gets the following error message.
Error ID 2137: Please specify SMTP IP address. |
SOLUTION |
This error appears when the user is trying to send a test email alert for a cluster without specifying the SMTP server IP address. Please go back and configure the SMTP server IP and try sending a test email alert once more. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
