ISSUE

User is trying to send an email alert and gets the following error message.

Error ID 2136: Unable to send mail successfully

 

SOLUTION

This error implies that iDB was not able to send the email alert successfully. This error can happen when the SMTP server configured on iDB is incorrect or unreachable. Please check your SMTP server settings and retry the operation again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com.
