User gets the following error message while trying to log into ScaleArc appliance.
Error ID 2126: Invalid user name or password |
SOLUTION |
This error appears when the user is trying to log into ScaleArc appliance with an incorrect user name or password. To fix this:
- verify that caps lock is off
- carefully re-type your credentials
- click the log in button
