ISSUE

User gets the following error message while trying to log into ScaleArc appliance. 

Error ID 2126: Invalid user name or password

 

SOLUTION

This error appears when the user is trying to log into ScaleArc appliance with an incorrect user name or password. To fix this: 

  • verify that caps lock is off
  • carefully re-type your credentials
  • click the log in button

 If the problem persists contact ScaleArc support.
