KB 2045 - Initial Configuration Error

ISSUE

User is trying to configure the network settings used to manage the ScaleArc appliance during installation and gets the following error message.

Error ID 2045: Unable to find DNS

 

SOLUTION

This is an internal error and implies that the DNS server specified on ScaleArc is unreachable. Please specify a valid DNS server and try again. If the problem persists please contact ScaleArc customer support at scalearc-support@devgraph.com
